Bo Guan is an experienced artist who brings a wealth of experience to the classroom as she helps her students. Under her care her students can learn art skills from the most fundamental to the most advanced.
Bo has had a life-long love of drawing, painting and teaching that she developed at the Central China Normal University Institute of Fine Arts in Wuhan, China. In Kwang Studio she provides an encouraging and caring environment to help her students learn and grow.
In the studio they will learn not just how to create art but they will also learn life skills like co-operation, communication, patience and confidence.
Kwang Studio offers a full range of art classes for students of all ages. Whether students are learning to draw for the first time or are experienced artists learning new techniques Kwang’s Studio is the place to be.
关波热爱艺术生活和热爱关心孩子对艺术的兴趣。自移民加拿大温尼伯的二十多年从未间断对孩子绘画的启蒙艺术兴趣的指导，积累了她自己一套教学经验。她特别强调绘画的素描结构基础，根据学生不同年龄段对绘画美学理解的起点教育方式会不同，根据孩子或成年初学者，她会灵活改变不同的教材来启蒙和引导学生对绘画美术的理解和兴趣，以耐心和鼓励的方法来辅导建立孩子对绘画中的信心。
学生通过一段时间的绘画技巧的训练，他们不但学习到了面对绘画中遇到的问题，能知道怎样去克服急躁，粗心，对不同的结构和色彩会去先细心观察、分析和提出自己的看法，他们慢慢学会怎样挑战自己的极限，如何自我调整适应及完成一幅作品的方式方法。
关波毕业于华中师美术学院。在加拿大从教绘画有277年，關氏画苑能给您的孩子提供一个有艺术气氛的环境；在学习中提高对艺术欣赏过程中的每一个需要和帮助。 她常常会和孩子的家长交换意见，以致和家长一起共同帮助教育孩子对绘画认识和信心的建立。
